Have you ever wondered what it would be like to work for a company that has been selected 13 times as one of Fortune’s 100 Top Companies to Work For?
If so, ask yourself these questions:
What if you worked for an organization where you contributed 4% of your earnings into a retirement account – and received an additional 18% back? Did we mention that would be 18% of both your base salary AND bonus combined?
Speaking of bonuses, what if you worked for a firm that is genuinely performance-based with bonuses based on your contributions and results?
On top of all that, what if you worked for an organization where you had a clear path to real ownership?
At Kimley-Horn, those hypothetical questions have real answers.
You may already work for a good company. You may even be happy and successful in your current role. But if you’ve ever considered tapping into your entrepreneurial spirit and taking your career and practice to a new level, we invite you to review this opportunity and reach out to us for a conversation; even if it’s just to explore the idea and learn more for yourself about what your life could look like working on behalf of Kimley-Horn.
