ODOT's Program Implementation and Analysis Unit oversees a grouping of programs that work to maximize the value of transportation investments and achieve statewide goals. We are recruiting an investments program manager to lead statewide investment programs and ensure the appropriate and effective use of state/federal funds allotted to them. These include programs such as:
The Federal Lands Access Program
The Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Program
The Transportation Alternatives Program
The Small City Allotment Program
The Safe Routes to School Program
This position is responsible for setting policy for, delivering on, and evaluating all assigned programs and coordinating with Active Transportation Section and regional staff on budgeting, monitoring, and reporting. This person is also responsible for advising fund recipients and stakeholders on program- and project-level issues.

Minimum Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in business or public administration, behavioral or social sciences, or a degree related to planning or finance AND five years' experience in program management, project management, planning or project delivery.
Any combination of experience or education equivalent to eight years of experience in program management, project management, planning, or project delivery.
