Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
The following job description is a general summary of duties typically performed in this position. It is not all-inclusive and is not an employment contract. PAE and Luma employees are expected to perform duties as assigned by management.
•Project team leadership and management
•Able to effectively communicate design options to a diverse stakeholder group
•Complete the project within the budget and schedule
•Develop client relationships
•Client relationship leadership
•Participate in business development activities
•Presentations to clients, staff and at industry events
•Provide mentorship, training and development for staff
•Update company standards and improve company processes
•Oversees the project quality management plan (QMP)
Key Competencies & Skills:
•Serves as a technical resource for the company
•Attention to detail
•Drawing production techniques
•Microsoft Office Suite
•College Degree required, preferably in Architecture, Interior Designs, Lighting Design or related field
•Technical Institute training desired
•Must have significant experience in a management and leadership role
