SWIB is seeking a temporary Business Process Manager to play a critical role for approximately 10 months as we implement the final transitions required to complete a multi-year technology program. SWIB’s Strategic Planning and Transformation Division works with employees across the organization to design/redesign business processes and create transition management and organizational readiness plans, to help employees shift from the current ways of working to the new technologies and work processes.
Lead and do business process diagramming and measurement through collaboration with business leads, subject matter experts, and business analysts, using appropriate strategies and tools
Assist in implementing new tools, publication processes and best practices across multiple divisions, and with a variety of stakeholders
Support transition planning and organizational readiness activities
Develop project reports and presentations for a variety of audiences
Project management and special projects as assigned
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, industrial engineering or a related field
At least 3 years of business process experience
Experience facilitating meetings and leading cross-functional groups
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Visio, Excel and other process documentation and measurement tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
An ability to be adaptive and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment

The position requires U.S. work authorization and residency in, or willingness to relocate to, the Madison, Wisconsin area.
