This position is responsible for establishing programs and activities to ensure compliance with customers, government regulations and organizational standards and specifications. This position will also cultivate and maintain relationships within the company to drive quality compliance and quality awareness.
Ensure that all aspects of the handling, packaging and shipping of finished goods comply with the requirements and meet all relevant GMP regulatory requirements.
Responsible for audits, investigations, regulatory document reviews, SOPs, change control documentation, lot code traceability.
Verify all Quality related systems are properly implemented, conducted and documented.
Manage quality department, including establishment of goals, schedules, priorities, and staff training.
Review and approve all deviations, customer complaints, CAPAs, KPIs.
Responsible for managing all lot codes in the event of recall.
Perform quarterly mock recalls.
Responsible for the control and ultimate disposition of in-process materials and for the final release of finished goods.
Perform internal audits and facilitate customer and regulatory audits and maintain NCR (Non-Conformance) data.
Supervise Employees to ensure effective employee performance by coaching, guiding, and assisting in the development of workers.
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience working in production/warehouse environment.
2 years Quality Assurance experience.
SQF and Pharma Certification
Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Proficient Microsoft Office Skills – Word, Excel, Outlook
