As our Quality Systems Manager for our PLI facility in Las Vegas, you will hold responsibility for compliance to the quality assurance system implementation and auditing processes. You will actively participate in continuous improvement activities and lead training for our shareholders in quality, safety and lean manufacturing topics. As our six sigma experienced resource you will equip the production teams with leading edge quality processes, root cause identification and correct action.
Successful Quality Systems Managers are degreed, offer 5+years of progressive experience in the commercial printing/offset lithographic print industry and are technically proficient in Six Sigma and lean techniques. A working understanding of safety protocol and regulatory requirements will be very helpful. Training, team leadership and the ability to think quickly under pressure are key elements for this role. You will have the experience and knowledge to take our quality system to the next level towards world class lean manufacturing.
Leadership is an important aspect of this role and success incumbents are highly organized, biased to problem identification and resolution and perform well in a high-volume print shop.
